experiences have been known to include endless page-flipping through
real estate books & newspapers, web surfing ‘til wee hours of the
night and countless trips through open houses… that’s enough to
throw in the towel altogether! It’s imperative that you have a knowledgeable, confident and trustworthy Realtor®

will be by your side through the entire home buying process, answering
questions and offering advice… 1)
We’ll discuss your budget and get you prepared to meet with a 2)
We’ll determine what geographic areas appeal to you, and which house
styles and features you desire. 3)
I’ll complete a well-defined home search, based on your criteria, and
I will share those results with you. 4)
We will begin house hunting! We’ll tour many
homes together, regardless of which company has them listed. If we find
the “right one” after touring five homes~ great. If we need to tour
25 more~ that’s fine. We will do what it takes to get you packing! And
if you see a home for sale by owner, call me! I will be happy to
approach the home owner and work on your behalf. 5)
Once we’ve found your dream home, we’ll write a purchase agreement,
and I will do all of the negotiating as your “buyer’s agent”. Upon
acceptance of the offer, I’ll work with your lender to assure he/she
has proper documents, I’ll assist you in scheduling necessary
inspections, and we’ll go to the closing together to get those new
keys! |
